Mark has practiced almost exclusively in Family Law matters since 2001 and has limited his current practice to the resolution of Family Law and Child Protection matters with the remainder of his practice focusing on the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney and the administration of Estates.

Josephine is an associate at Mark Borden & Associates.  She practices exclusively in family law.  Josephine obtained her law degree in England and holds a master’s degree in law from the University of Toronto, which focused on family law.  She articled at a boutique family law firm in Toronto.  Josephine has extensive experience with the children's aid societies in Ontario, having worked as legal counsel at both Niagara Family & Children's Services and the Durham Children's Aid Society
